The Grossglockner, at 3,798 meters, is the highest mountain in Austria and an absolute highlight for every ambitious mountaineer. Its normal route runs on the south side over varied terrain, passing the Stüdelhütte – known for its excellent cuisine – and offers all facets of high alpine touring. An absolute must!
